New BIG, really BIG bed!!!!

Dave and I got to go on a date the other night and I brought back rock candy suckers for the kids, Anna's first! I think they were a hit! :)

The big news in our house is that we got Benjamin a full size bed. We figured we didn't want to have three kids changing beds at once, so we'd go ahead and change him to a bigger bed. Benjamin has been so excited throughout the whole process, from picking out the dinosaur bedding, to me bringing home the $5 headboard I found at a yard sale, to getting the paint for the headboard..........he has been thrilled every step of the way! I'm going to paint the headboard this weekend, but we decided to go ahead and put the bed together tonight since we were able to pick up the mattress today. He was so cute and even enjoyed taking the plastic off the mattress and moving it into his room..........

Happy little (but getting bigger by the day) boy on a big bed!

Everyone had a blast playing in the new room set up! Hopefully, they'll enjoy sleeping in here together just as much when the time comes.

Benjamin and Daddy reading their Bible story before bed tonight for the first time in the BIG bed! It was so nice, we were all able to cuddle up together on the bed and read and say prayers! (We're using pillows to help our little wallower not fall off until we get him some bed rails)
