First, here's a few pictures I took last week that I couldn't resist sharing. Benjamin once again lifted Anna to put her back on her blanket before I could stop him. Once I realized they were fairly stabilized and both happy, I grabbed the camera. It was pretty cute actually! They were both smiling and happy with each other, despite the awkwardness of a two year old holding a six month old! I couldn't get a picture of them both smiling, so here's one of each of them smiling separately! :)
And now to the Colts game....Dave's sister and brother-in-law got us great tickets to the Colts game last night. It was opening night of the season and the first real season game in their new stadium. Chicago beat us, but we still had a great time being there and loved our great seats (3rd row right by the end zone!)!!!!! Benjamin stayed home with Grandma and Grandpa (thanks guys), but he still got into the spirit! :)
Anna did too! She had to tag along with us b/c she's decided to not take the bottle, but it was actually fun having her there. She was super good and happy the whole time! We couldn't have asked her to be any better! The only downside to her coming was that we had to buy her a ticket!
Here's Peyton greeting his team as they came out to practice. This is really where our seats were!!!
I thought this flag was pretty impressive that took up the entire field during the National Anthem......
She was so good for us!!!!!
If you look closely you can see Peyton about to pass the ball!
Isn't my littlest Colt cute??? We think so and so did everyone around us (even though they all thought she was a boy!) Oh, well! The really exciting part of the night was I noticed a camera was taping some crazy people just a little to our right, so I moved Anna over so the camera man could see her and before I knew it she was on the big screen!!! That's right my baby was on the jumbotron!!! By the time I got Dave's attention to see, the camera man had zoomed all the way in and just Anna's face was on the screen! It was crazy cool!!! :)
This was during our only successful drive. I was singing "1st and ten, do it again!" and making Ones with my fingers and she loved it and smiled and laughed! I think is was our good luck that helped them get the touch down! :)
Dave said this was the best birthday present he's gotten in a long time!
Dave tried to get autographs after the game, but all the players were bummed and just walked right in. This is Freddie Keiaho that Dave's brother-in-law coached and got us the tickets! He had a really good game (and was about the only one that did)!
Anna stayed awake the trip up to Indy, the entire game (except for about 5 minutes that she tried to sleep) and then fell asleep right as the clock was running out at the end. Did I mention she was really good?!?!?!?! :)
We had such an amazing time!!!! Once in a lifetime, really! :) Thanks so much Kelly and Andy!!!! Yea Buhs!!! :)
