Seabrook Fun

Today Benjamin and I drove over to Seabrook Island where Samantha and Anita are staying and spent the day over there. First we went to this neat shopping center in the center of the island. We got a bunch of food at a cute little market store they had and went to their resort and had a picnic on the beach. This is Benjamin during our picnic, he slept through almost all of it! Looks relaxing, huh?


We took Benjamin to the beach right outside their condo and let him play. He had a blast! This was the first time I ever let him play in the sand because it hasn't been warm enough. The high today was 79! He played with this new sand toy set I bought him at the shopping center today. He also crawled all over the beach. He really enjoyed himself and he got sand everywhere!!!!

This is the bath Benjamin had to get in the sink at their condo after our trip to the beach because he got sand in so many places. I think he almost had more fun in the sink than he did on the beach. He loves sticking his hand in the water as it comes out! This is also his first sink bath by the way, works pretty well!

The last thing we did was go see this cool tree called Angel Oak. Its huge! I don't know how old it is or anything because when we got there the gift shop had just closed! Very pretty!

We had a really fun day! We're so glad Anita and Samantha came to visit us. We are going to miss them when they leave tomorrow!
