Road Trip

We had a fun weekend. Dave took Friday off and we drove up to South Bend to catch up with all of his family for a Stanford football game against Notre Dame. It was great to see everyone and we had a fun time. The kids were amazing for us in the car and at the game!

Here's our "Little Pumpkin" all ready to go Friday morning!



We got to go out on the field when we got there Friday.


We got lucky and had a super nice hotel room. Here's Dave and the kids eating breakfast and watching cartoons Saturday morning.


While I was getting everything packed up before the game, Benjamin surprised me and sat behind Anna and asked to have their picture taken!






On the shuttle bus headed to the game. Benjamin rejected our idea for a nap before the game and ended up just falling asleep sitting on the bus!


Between the two kids, all the clothes, and diaper bag that we had to keep track of at the game, we didn't get any pictures....but we had a great time!

I think the best part of the trip for Benjamin was that Mike road in the car with us! He taught Benjamin how to pump your arm to try and get the semi trucks to honk their horn. They didn't get any to see them, but had a lot of fun trying! It was so cute to see them together!!!!!
